About the author
An English-Italian bilingual and a graduate with a Bachelor Degree in foreign languages (English and French), I trained in state and language schools. I am a qualified, licenced language teacher certified in British and American English (CPE, TOEFL). I also worked as translator and lexicographer: in the early 2000s I was part of the editorial team of Langmaker, the U.S. conlang dictionary project run by Jeffrey Henning which was later turned into a book. I also studied computer science, which had me put my ESL experience in a broader perspective and design this website. I currently work as a freelance teacher and translator, offering my services to students, professionals and businesses. My hobbies include web design, art, literature, physics and space esploration.
